Hellowork 2026

The 2026 Hellowork campaign uses playful 3D character animation to bring a sense of lightness and warmth to the often anxiety-inducing experience of job hunting. Produced by BOL Creative Production House and directed by Device for agency Socialclub, the project relies heavily on tactile textures and natural lighting to create an emotionally grounding visual narrative. The main film establishes a highly inviting, comforting atmosphere rooted in everyday coziness. Set in a stylized living room bathed in the soft pink and orange glow of dusk, the scene feels deeply relaxed and approachable. The vibrant blue sofa, fluffy golden rug, and soft, clay-like character designs gathered together with popcorn and a small, attentive dog create a tangible, crafted charm. Motivated lighting from the sunset window and a glowing table lamp enhances the rich, felt-like textures of the characters' clothing and hair, resulting in a mood that is warm, playful, and reassuring.
