Initial approach was to use a Nerf of the set and talent. However a Nerf would not hold up in resolution or detail in the move therefore a in camera approach was decided on
I developed a custom tool in Houdini for the sparkler FX.
Drawing in 3D space would create an effect show in the image below.
The custom tool would allow the team to creatively change the hand drawn feel of the word "Magic"
